President Karzai to Meet King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia Late Wednesday

President Hamid Karzai today headed to Madina following the Umrah Haj rituals in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, where he offered prayers at Prophet Mohammad’s Mosque (PBUH) and prayed for the prosperity and God’s blessings on Afghanistan.

The President was received on arrival at Madina airport by Madina Emir, Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Majed.

President Karzai is expected to fly tonight to Riyadh for a meeting with King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.
