President Karzai Calls President Obama to Condole on the Deaths of American Troops in Chopper Crash

President Hamid Karzai called President Barack Obama Sunday evening to express his condolence on death of the 31 US soldiers killed in a helicopter crash.
President Karzai once again reiterated his heartfelt condolences over the tragic incident to President Obama, the families and relatives of the victims.
President Obama too expressed his condolences to the President and the people of Afghanistan on the deaths of the Afghans who were killed on the same helicopter.
President Obama thanked President Karzai for the sympathy and condolences and reaffirmed his commitment on the continued fight against terrorism that threatens the security of the region and the entire world. He added that people of Afghanistan and the United States are standing firm against the terrorists, and their sacrifices would never be forgotten.
