In the meeting, the representatives pointed the problems they are facing in areas of education, public health, electricity, and roads. Furthermore, they requested for irrigation dams to be built, and for the provincial flight services to resume.

The President, confirmed the concerns and requests of the representatives as “rightful”. He further stated, that the government is working very hard to improve people’s lives. He added “Much progress has been made, but reconstruction projects take time”.

The president concluded by instructing the relevant ministries to take necessary actions in addressing the problems of the people of Ghor.
