President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s decree on assigning a delegation to evaluate and strengthen diplomatic relations with Federation of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzs

In order to strengthen political and diplomatic relations with Federation of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, a delegation presided over by Mr. Shakir Kargar, the president’s special representative, is assigned to perform as per below:

•Evaluation of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s political ties with the mentioned countries and specifying approaches to fully develop those relations. 

•Evaluating achievements of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s embassies in those countries. 

•Probing challenges tackled by the embassies personnel and condition of the embassies’ buildings.

•Presenting specific recommendations on improvement of related affairs. 

 

Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s representations in those countries are assigned to fully and sternly cooperate with the delegation. 

The delegation is assigned to present their report through Administrative Office of the President.
